Position Summary:
The Corporate Deposit Services Specialist is responsible for building customer relationships and developing business with existing and prospective customers. This position is responsible for processing customer account transactions, providing high quality customer service, and proactively promoting all First Federal Savings Bank products and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer transactions
Balancing of Vault and ATM
Daily phone calls (activities, ENFACT and incoming)
Weekly Ottawa area rate updates
Deceased activities and reporting
Alarm Testing
Opening New accounts
Take consumer loan applications
File Maintenance Activities
Online Customer Chat
Additional Responsibilities:
Set up and host Corporate Customer Events/Seminars (as scheduled)
Perform File Maintenance for Ops (as requested)
Backup phone for loan servicing (when in meetings)
Mailings (as requested)
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Previous retails sales, customer service and/or banking experience.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Benefits:
The pay range is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
