Success is achieved by leading the branch sales team and collaborating closely with Mortgage, Commercial Loan, and Insurance partners.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Branch Manager serves as a visible representative of the Bank within the community, actively engaging in civic, business, and nonprofit organizations to strengthen market presence and foster relationships. By encouraging staff participation in local events and maintaining professional memberships, the Branch Manager enhances the Bank's reputation and supports business development.On the sales side, the role drives growth through proactive outreach, customer acquisition, and relationship expansion. The Branch Manager sets clear sales and referral goals, coaches staff to improve performance and ensures product knowledge and service excellence.
