- Supervises customer service representatives and Tellers of institution headquarters (5-6 direct reports).
- Provides coaching to support professional development of direct reports.
- Engages in Sagadahoc Communities to support ongoing professional development in partnership with the Banks President.
- Collaborates with other Branch Managers to establish best practices across branches.
- Participates in a Customer Experience Committee to maintain a structured feedback loop to support continuous improvement across the institution.
- Collaborate with other Branch Managers to effective scheduling to maintain smooth operations across all branches.
- Responsible for coordinating vendor visits to institution headquarters for routine maintenance.
- Acting Officer for customer-related approvals taking place at institution headquarters.
- Collaborates with Human Resources to interview and hire staff.
- Provides first line of coverage for Customer Service Representative or Teller absences. This means the individual is trained in the duties of their direct reports.
- Provides leadership in making referrals to financial advisers and lenders.
- Primary point person to address customer complaints and escalations at institution headquarters.
