Essential Responsibilities
The Online Services Specialist Senior will:
- Complete new user set up in the online banking system, including assigning security access.
- Provide support to branch and customer service center staff related to online banking systems.
- Review daily maintenance reports and update Online Banking system.
- Assist with updating internal policies and procedures.
- Support training for new online banking staff and retail staff as needed.
- Assist and/or coordinate system upgrades with the online banking vendor and complete system testing.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and
- Two (2) years of experience working in banking, finance, online or digital-related support, or similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree.
- Three (3) years in retail banking, online or digital banking, or similar.
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to/from work.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and requires the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
- Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
