ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Includes setting up new loan files and following up on all verifications, appraisals and credit.

• Communicates with builders, realtors, appraisers, title company/attorney, credit bureau and customers to secure accurate verified information and provide loan status

• Validates loan documents and information conform to agency and investor guidelines.

• Prepares complete and accurate loan packages for underwriter review, portfolio and secondary market transactions.

• Sets up closings with customers and our closing department.

• Review residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.

• Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent required

• Excellent computer skills

• At least 3 years of current processing experience

• Good understanding of mortgage products and services

• Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and math and calculation skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle and meet deadlines

• Extended periods of sitting and computer use may be required
