What You'll Do Engage & Advise Clients * Meet with mortgage applicants to understand their financial needs and review initial loan requests. * Evaluate borrower information and recommend appropriate loan products that best meet their goals. Manage the Loan Process * Submit fully completed loan applications and documentation for processing. * Monitor progress and keep clients informed from application through post closing. * Partner with the loan team to ensure all files are complete, accurate, and properly secured. Structure & Present Loan Solutions * Negotiate loan terms and structure financing packages based on risk and credit considerations. * Present loan recommendations for approval in alignment with bank policies. * Maintain accurate financial and credit tracking records. Maintain Credit Quality * Perform credit investigations as needed and keep credit files current throughout the life of the loan. Deliver Exceptional Service * Support the bank's relationship focused culture with strong product knowledge and proactive communication. * Build positive relationships with customers, prospective clients, and team members.
