Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Bank Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with collaborating and executing the design, implementation, and evaluation of our training programs for our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of banking regulations, operations, financial sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with development and execution of comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct training sessions on various banking products, services and sales, and compliance regulations.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
• Create training materials, including manuals, and visual aids.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs.
• Attend scheduled career enrichment or continuing education arranged by the Retail Training Administrator.
• Other duties as assigned by the Retail Training Administrator
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, education, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements preferred

- Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movement
- Environment may necessitate excessive standing
- Moderate business travel with mileage reimbursement
