We’re expanding our lending team in Sterling and are looking for a relationship-driven Ag & Commercial Lender who wants to be part of a bank where your voice matters and your work directly impacts the community.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio across ag, commercial, real estate, and consumer lending
- Build lasting relationships with farmers, ranchers, and business owners
- Structure and analyze credit with a focus on long-term success—for both the customer and the bank
- Participate in loan discussions and contribute to sound credit decisions
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional bank services
- Stay active and visible in the agricultural and local community
 What We’re Looking For
We’re intentionally open to a wide range of candidates, including:
- Experienced lenders with established portfolios
- Relationship bankers ready to grow into a lending role
- Early-career professionals or recent grads with ag or financial backgrounds
Helpful experience includes:
- Background in Agribusiness, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of agricultural and/or commercial lending
- NMLS license (or willingness to obtain)
- A strong work ethic, curiosity, and commitment to community
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 – $150,500 , depending on experience and portfolio
- Performance-based incentives
