Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults? At First Expressions, we are expanding our caseload and seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team.
We are looking for fully licensed California SLPs who are interested in developing their leadership skills through mentoring and supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), and/or student interns.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll enjoy a highly flexible work schedule with hybrid opportunities and the option to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences and availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows and SLPAs in accordance with ASHA guidelines.
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders across the lifespan, from infancy through adulthood.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services that support positive and measurable outcomes.
- Educate families, caregivers, and staff on home programs and carryover strategies to maximize progress.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other allied health professionals to support patient success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
