Job Summary
We are looking for Class A CDL drivers with experience transporting refrigerated freight (reefer) to operate dedicated routes between Orlando, Florida, and Massachusetts.

Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules across OTR routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Manage documentation accurately for deliveries, including bills of lading, logs, inspection reports, and compliance paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery statuses, or any issues encountered on the road.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold safety standards at all times during loading/unloading operations and while on the road.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL license; experience with refrigerated trailers.
- Familiarity with route driving across long distances and managing logistics cargo handling efficiently.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols for dangerous goods transportation.
- Strong navigation skills utilizing GPS systems to optimize route planning on OTR routes.
