THIS IS A HIGHLY PHYSICAL JOB, NOT JUST DRIVING!! We will provide in-house training (full day ride-along with an experienced driver) & tools (dollies/package backpacks/tech/etc) necessary to succeed!!

Join a top-performing delivery team with over 7 years experience operating in Columbus, OH! First Drive Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking highly motivated, reliable, safe delivery drivers to join our team!

First Drive Logistics operates 7 days a week out of a warehouse in Lockbourne, OH just down the road from Rickenbacher Airport.

STARTING PAY: $22.75/hr

DOT (STEP VAN) DRIVER PAY: $23.75/hr (1 week trial period once qualified)

All shifts are 10 hours. We begin each day at 10:15am and are done at 8:15pm.

• –Full-time (4 days) is available (1 weekend day is REQUIRED - Sat or Sun - or both!)

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

-Must report on time for scheduled shift every day

-Must be able to operate delivery vehicles in accordance with company safety standards & policies at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS!

-Work in all weather conditions

-Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs, often several times per day (dollies provided).

-Able to get in and out of van up to 200 times a day

-THIS IS A HIGHLY PHYSICAL JOB!!!

-Complete full route daily within ten hour shift (~20 stops/hr). Standard full size routes 160-180 stops per day. Break time is provided.

-Deliver customer orders to secure and safe locations

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Must be able to complete full route & shift of 10 hours; No partial shifts
• Must be able to work 1 weekend day
• Must be able to lift, push, & pull up to 50 lbs very frequently
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend/twist frequently (in & out of van 200 times daily)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
