Tax Credit Property Manager
Established Nashville based Property Management and Development Company is seeking a Property Manager for a Tax Credit Property in Clarksville, TN . Applicants must be a team leader and customer focused, with knowledge of the Tax Credit processes.
Must have on-site property management experience and current experience in LIHTC. The ideal candidate will oversee the management of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, compiling reports and Fair Housing regulations.
The company is a TN Drug-Free Workplace. Background check and drug screening are required.
