First Century Bank is looking for a full time Project Manager to join its team in a hybrid role, working remotely as well as at its Roswell or Commerce, Georgia locations. This individual will be responsible for responsible for developing and executing project plans created to onboard new clients, onboard new programs and/or platforms, and/or enhance processes within the organization. This individual will be the designated point of contact for specific projects identified by the leadership team, and will work with colleagues in various departments and roles to develop and maintain the project plan, including required deliverables and metrics for success, assigning responsibilities, assigning timelines, and reporting to designated stakeholders on the progress of each project.

- Plans and manages the whole life cycle of the project including the development of deliverables, business objectives, and the translation of these requirements into the project road map.
- Demonstrates commitment, accountability, and ownership for the project and serves as the project advocate.

- Provides leadership to the project team and drives projects to meet established objectives.

- Effectively leads multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Leads all aspects of projects, including scheduling execution, status reporting and issue resolution. Coordinates day to day tasks, and key meetings of the designated project teams.
- Acts as primary point of contact, coordinates with partners and all organization functions including IT, Accounting, Operations, Compliance, BSA/AML, and Legal.
- Proactively resolves and escalates issues, as well as communicating status to key stakeholders.
- Work with senior leadership team to ensure effective and constructive client updates are provided as needed.
