Role Description
We are seeking a Construction Financial Analyst to join our dynamic, team-oriented office. Primary responsibilities include the review and analysis of monthly pay applications/draws from general contractors and the preparation of detailed construction monitoring reports for our clients. The typical workload also includes the initial set-up of new projects, monthly line by line analysis of the pay applications to identify any major discrepancies, and ongoing communication with general contractors to request additional clarification as needed. This is a full-time role with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule, once fully trained.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial information and documents and prepare reports following a template.
- Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedicated, well organized, and able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with the ability to focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
