Job Description & Requirements

Travel LPN/RN – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Cody, WY

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Radius Rule: No candidates within 100 miles

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience
• Certifications: BLS required
• EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
  
  

Role & Responsibilities

• CNA Duties: Assist with ADLs, bathing, meal setup, and other basic care tasks
• LPN/RN Duties:
• Standard LTC nursing responsibilities
• Care across 2 floors (may float between units)
• Charge responsibilities included (no additional charge pay)
