Title- Monitor Tech

Location- Phoenix, AZ

Shift- 12hrs- Nights

*** MUST BE BEYOND 50 MILES RADIUS FROM PHOENIX, AZ***

PAY PACKAGE-

Gross Weekly- $1176/week

Guaranteed Hours- 36hrs/week

BREAKDOWN-

w2- $16/hr

Stipend- $600/week

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS-

Travel Bonus- $200

Orientation- 12hrs Paid

Sick Leave- 13hrs Paid

Job Description-

• ***Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam prior to accepting (Lethal rhythms will be pass or fail and only one chance)
• **strict no cell phone policy, hospital provides work phone number for traveler to share.
• Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities. 3 years of experience is preferred.
