Overview
Local church is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team for every Sunday morning from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, with additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facility, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Duties (include, but not limited to)
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Handle waste disposal and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Set up tables, chairs, and refreshments for after worship gathering
Skills
- Proficient in custodial and facilities maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of floor care including buffing and polishing
- Familiarity with industrial and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
