We are seeking a Wealth Advisor who is energized by building meaningful relationships, is passionate about serving others, and is motivated to join a growing firm with a clear mission and strong momentum. This individual will be responsible for creating and growing long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing clients and credit union partners in and/or near Dubuque, Iowa.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and credit union partners.
- Drive new business opportunities through referrals within assigned credit unions, community engagement, and proactive outreach.
- Deliver personalized wealth strategies across financial planning, investments, insurance, and trust and estate solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for a book of clients by simplifying complexity and guiding clients through key financial decisions.
- Collaborate with the Retail Team and FCT departments to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
- Support account administration for trusts, estates, agencies, and IRAs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a trust environment (preferred).
- Active Health & Life Insurance Licenses in Iowa a plus.
- Proven success developing, growing, and retaining client relationships.
- Experience meeting business development and/or asset growth goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate and proactively build relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to help others resolve problems and make recommendations.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Active involvement in community or professional networks.
