Job Responsibilities
Our goal is to provide comprehensive post-closing and servicing support for residential mortgage loans while ensuring all documentation and processes meet Credit Union and investor requirements.
- Perform post-closing reviews of mortgage loan files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up on trailing documentation.
- Review and submit closed loan packages to investors, address post-close conditions, and ensure compliance with required guidelines and timelines.
- Service mortgage loans by applying payments, managing escrow accounts, completing payoff quotes and verifications, and maintaining accurate loan records.
- Support servicing functions including escrow analysis, insurance tracking, loan modifications, subordinations, and satisfaction processing.
- Assist branches, loan officers, and members by responding to requests, resolving inquiries, and performing account maintenance in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate system records and reporting, support departmental goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding organizational values
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with loan origination systems or banking systems preferred.
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
- Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
- Ability to communication, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment
