Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teller. In this role, you will have the opportunity to model a high-energy service and sales culture, providing exceptional member experiences and promoting credit union products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate financial transactions for members, including accepting deposits and loan payments, disbursing share withdrawals, and transferring funds between accounts.
- Offer credit union products and services that meet individual member needs, and provide information concerning credit union policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers, and process payments for credit union product sales.
- Assist in branch operations, answering phones, routing calls, and maintaining mailing lists of credit union members.
- Follow all state and federal laws and regulations, and make suggestions for improving existing products and developing new ones.
Requirements:
- Passionate and enthusiastic approach to serving members.
- World-class service skills and strong knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Cash handling experience and accuracy in performing financial transactions.
- Ability to work well with others, follow directions, and maintain a clean and neat work area.
