What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager - Research Forest (Magnolia) position at First Community Credit Union - Houston, TX?
First Community Credit Union currently seeking a Branch Vice President for our Research Forest location! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leadership, team coaching, and business development. Along with overseeing the daily operations, the Branch VP is responsible for guiding their branch team towards meeting established individual and team goals. The Research Forest location will feature our ITM's in the lobby, which enhances the member service experience through technology and allows the branch staff to focus on building and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting. Saturday availability is required.
