Job Title： Loan Administration / Loan Operation / General Affairs
Location： Downtown Houston, Texas
Description：
This is a full time position, we are seeking a positive team player to handle loan data entry and general affairs.
Responsibilities：
- Reimbursement and Interest Collection.
- Commercial / Syndication Loan & Trade Financing Disbursement.
- Perform loan funding duties, review loan documents & requirement, process loan funding & set up loan documentation file.
- General Affairs & Accounts Payable
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.
- Other assignment upon supervisors’ request.
Requirements：
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Related banking experience and/or professional certification is a plus.
- Positive and be a good team player.
