Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Jersey, United States.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in identity and access management tools, role-based access control, and user account management
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols, security best practices, and directory services
- Experience conducting access audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate across teams, and implement identity governance solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Certifications in security or IAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) are highly advantageous
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or PCI-DSS is a plus
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred
