Hours: M-F / 9 am - 6 pm MST

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced mortgage and financial services environment. This role blends Level 1 and Level 1.5 support, giving you the opportunity to handle day-to-day technical issues while developing advanced skills in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Encompass (Loan Origination System).

What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user environments
- Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and emails with a strong focus on customer service
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Support onboarding and offboarding (account setup, licensing, equipment provisioning)
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Support Encompass (LOS) including login issues, access, and basic troubleshooting
- Help configure MFA and resolve authentication/Conditional Access issues
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate more complex issues when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Bonus Points For
- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Familiarity with Encompass or other Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Experience with Entra ID (MFA, user management, groups)
- Knowledge of Intune or endpoint management tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Fundamentals
- Basic PowerShell or scripting experience
