Duties
- Manage and oversee collections accounts, including accounts receivable, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Conduct debt collection negotiations with clients and consumers via phone communication, employing effective phone etiquette and negotiation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, financial regulations, and industry standards related to debt collection and financial regulatory compliance.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, payments, and recovery activities.
