Position Overview
Seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy professional office. This position begins part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role for the right candidate. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients and professional offices, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
· Data entry and file management
· Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
· Scheduling client appointments and coordinating with other professional offices
· Preparing and posting content for the firm’s Facebook and Instagram accounts
· Preparing daily status reports and production reports
· General administrative support for the office as needed
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Comfortable speaking with clients and professional offices by phone
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
· Experience with case management software is a plus, particularly MyCase
· Prior administrative or professional office experience preferred
Preferred Skills
· Social media familiarity (Facebook and Instagram posting)
· Attention to detail and accurate data entry
· Professional phone etiquette
Compensation & Growth
· $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
