What you’ll be empowered to do

• Protect with Purpose: Patrol, secure, and monitor facilities using state-of-the-art security technology.
• Lead with Integrity: Uphold site procedures and represent First Coast Security with excellence and professionalism.
• Serve with Courage: Respond confidently to security incidents, manage access control, and handle emergencies.
• Be the Expert: Manage CCTV systems, alarms, and key control with precision.
• Support & Collaborate: Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Grow Continuously: Master MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and Post Orders, with opportunities to enhance your skills through training and leadership development.

What you bring to the mission

• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven Experience: Background in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service roles.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear, calm, and professional communication skills, including two-way radio proficiency.
• Adaptability & Focus: Possess high energy, strong integrity, and the ability to focus in dynamic environments.
• Technical Familiarity: Experience with MS Office and security technology systems is a plus.
• Clean Driving Record: No recent at-fault accidents and a spotless driving history.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
