The Recruitment Manager leads talent acquisition efforts across multiple states, driving scalable hiring strategies to support organizational growth. This role oversees a team of recruiters, builds proactive hiring plans, and ensures consistent execution across diverse markets. The ideal candidate is a servant leader that is data-driven, operationally focused, and able to balance high-volume hiring demands with long-term process improvement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and performance expectations
- Partner with operations and leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruiting strategies
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations
- Drive top-of-funnel activity to maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple markets
- Implement targeted strategies for hard-to-fill or rural locations
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including hires, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
- Identify gaps in the hiring funnel and implement solutions to improve performance
- Optimize use of ATS and recruiting tools to ensure data accuracy and reporting visibility
- Standardize recruiting processes while allowing flexibility for market-specific challenges
- Enhance the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- 2 years of experience leading or managing a remote recruitment team
- Experience supporting multi-state or geographically dispersed hiring efforts
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and implement scalable recruiting processes
- High level of organization and attention to detail
