Company Description First Coast Property Experts (FCPE) delivers premium exterior property care across St. Johns, Duval, and Nassau counties. We use manufacturer-aligned methods and top-tier products for soft-wash, RO/DI window cleaning, paver sanding & sealing, and more.
Role Description We’re hiring for two full-time, on-site roles: Exterior Tech and Lead Exterior Tech. Both roles handle exterior cleaning: house washing, roof cleaning, driveway/flatwork, patios, pool decks, solar panels, and paver sanding/sealing. Lead Techs additionally run the day: crew leadership, quality control, customer communication, safety, and training.
Exterior Tech – What you’ll do • Safely set up, operate, and maintain soft-wash / pressure washing equipment • Deliver spotless results with meticulous attention to detail • Protect client property (landscaping, lighting, furniture, etc.) • Load/unload equipment and keep trucks stocked and clean • Provide professional, discreet customer service on-site
Lead Exterior Tech – Add-ons • Train and coach techs; set pace and standards • QA every job and document before/after • Solve field issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications Exterior Tech: Clean driving record reliable transportation; strong work ethic; able to lift/handle equipment; comfortable with outdoor work and ladders; willingness to learn. Lead Exterior Tech: Everything above plus 2 years exterior cleaning experience and crew leadership experience (training/QA).
- Compensation is based on experience; Lead Techs are paid at a premium.
