The Role

As a Motor Coach Operator, you'll safely transport our client's employees between designated park-and-ride locations and their workplace facilities.

You'll operate assigned commuter and inner-campus routes, maintain on-time performance, complete vehicle inspections, and provide professional customer service while representing First Class Transportation.

Routes may include: New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, Georgetown, surrounding Central Texas communities, and inner-campus routes.

Schedule: This position is a PM shift may begin as early as 2:15 PM ending around 8:45 PM. Weekday and weekend assignments may be required based on operational needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 25 years old
Current Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement
Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
Must be able to speak, read, and write English
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to safely operate a motorcoach in interstate commerce
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Professional, dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
Must be available to work PM schedule

Driving Record Requirements

No more than 2 tickets/minor violations or preventable crashes in the past 3 years, OR no more than 3 tickets/crashes in the past 5 years.
