Full Job Description
The Non-Medical Senior Home Health Agency Administrator leads the daily operations of our home care agency to ensure efficient delivery of services, full regulatory compliance, excellent client satisfaction, and sustainable agency growth. This role is critical to securing and maintaining our AHCA license and building a durable operational foundation. Licensing & Start Date (CRITICAL)We are seeking an Administrator to partner with us immediately for the AHCA licensure process.
- Immediate Need (Licensing): We require the selected candidate's credentials to be submitted on our AHCA application, once approved after an in-person interview.
- Full-Time Start: The role will convert to full-time, salaried employment on a specified date, at which point the full base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 benefits will commence after probationary period.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
I. Agency Operations & Compliance (Priority Focus)
- Direct and manage all operational aspects of the agency.
- Ensure full compliance with Florida home health regulations (AHCA licensure, recordkeeping, reporting) and agency policies.
- Maintain agency licensure and prepare for all AHCA inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements.
II. Personnel, Quality, & Growth
- Hire, train, and supervise office and field staff; ensure compliance with Level 2 background screening requirements.
- Promote and monitor quality improvement initiatives, supporting superior client service.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners to increase service awareness and enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Coconut Creek, Florida.
- Florida Admin Experience: You have direct experience serving as an Administrator for a Florida-licensed home health or homemaker/companion agency.
- Compliance Expertise: You are Very familiar with Florida AHCA licensing requirements and have managed compliance/inspections.
- Budget Acceptance: You accept the $50,000 - $55,000 base salary range (plus benefits after probationary period).
