First Class Team Lead

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a First Class Cleans. As a team lead, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Sweeping and mopping floors in various areas.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Washing windows and mirrors.
• Cleaning and organizing common areas.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
• Tidying up rooms.
• Cleaning appliances and restocking housekeeping supplies.
• Communicating with other team members
• Working closing with our manager
• Few other tasks

Experience: Required

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Note: This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
