Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to ensure cleanliness and freshness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards.
- Assist with custodial duties in shared spaces as required, ensuring all areas are kept clean and orderly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Must have your OWN cleaning supplies
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
