HVAC LEAD INSTALLER – FULL TIME
First Class Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.
We are looking for a dependable, experienced installer who can take ownership of a job, lead a helper/crew, and complete installations from start to finish without constant supervision.
Qualifications:
5 years HVAC installation experience preferred
Ability to run residential and light commercial installations
Lead and manage an installation helper/crew
Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers and heat pumps
Experience with Mitsubishi/Fujitsu ductless and ducted systems
Sheet-metal and ductwork installation/fabrication
Refrigeration piping, brazing and evacuation
Condensate piping and drainage
Low-voltage wiring, thermostats and controls
Equipment start-up and commissioning
Ability to read plans and specifications
EPA certification preferred
Valid and clean driver’s license
Professional, dependable and organized

Most of our work is throughout Rockland County, Westchester County and Bergen County, New Jersey.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced lead installer who can run jobs independently and produce clean, professional installations.
