First City Dance Center is seeking two part-time Preschool Enrichment Instructors to help launch our new Studio Fine Arts Club, a preschool enrichment program for children ages 3–5 that introduces children to the joy of dance, music, movement, art, drama, and creative play.
This position is ideal for a preschool teacher, paraprofessional, substitute teacher, retiree, or anyone looking for a rewarding daytime position. As our Studio Fine Arts Club grows, there will be opportunities to teach additional classes and increase your hours.
We're looking for caring, dependable individuals who love working with young children and believe every child deserves to feel successful, encouraged, and excited to learn. If you have experience in preschool, childcare, early childhood education, or children's programming, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging Studio Fine Arts Club classes for children ages 3–5.
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Help children build confidence, creativity, coordination, and social skills through movement, music, art, and imaginative play.
- Follow our provided curriculum and lesson plans.
- Communicate professionally with families.
- Represent First City Dance Center while providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in preschool, childcare, early childhood education, camps, or children's activities.
- Experience in dance, music, theater, art, fitness, or another creative field is a plus, but not required.
- An early childhood education degree or teaching credential is preferred, but not required.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation
Starting at $18 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience, qualifications, and relevant certifications.
