What are the responsibilities and job description for the AVP, Retail Delivery position at First City Credit Union?
The AVP, Retail Delivery will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic plans for the branch network aligned with credit union growth and member experience objectives.
- Creates and manages the branches based on sales targets/goals and operational plans / budgets.
- Analyzes market trends to identify strategic opportunities and develop data-driven expansion plans
- Partners with marketing to develop and execute growth initiatives
- Establishes and monitors branch performance metrics including new membership growth, loan and deposit growth goals, cross-sell goals, member satisfaction scores and service quality standards
- Implements and overseas sales and service programs focusing on market share and share of wallet expansion.
- Develop strategies to deepen existing member relationships
The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets:
- Five years to eight years of similar or related experience in the administration of financial institution operations and lending or brick and mortar / front-lines experience. NOTE: In lieu of the post-secondary education requirement, five years of senior level experience may be substituted
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
