Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assist with rental inquiries, and process rental agreements efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for damages or issues before and after rentals, documenting findings accurately
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, interior wiping, and exterior washing
- Maintain cleanliness of the rental lot and ensure vehicles are organized and presentable at all times
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and tire pressures
- Support the team with janitorial duties around the facility to uphold a safe and clean environment
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing or related auto cleaning tasks
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform detailed vehicle cleaning accurately
- Strong attention to detail for inspecting vehicles and maintaining quality standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles safely
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
