- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Integrate biblical values in a distinctly Christian atmosphere
- Foster a nurturing and respectful classroom environment
- Use effective classroom management techniques
- Communicate and collaborate with parents openly and often
- Collaborate with administration and co-workers to create a positive and uplifting work environment
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Degree in Early Childhood, CDA or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in early learning setting (preferred)
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and regular attendance in a Christian church
- Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive teaching practices
Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
