Tech Booth Director
Part-time: 3 hours a week, monthly staff meeting, with a few special events per year
Reports to: Senior Pastor
Work Experience: Experience operating audio/video equipment for live events, experience streaming live content
Basic Qualifications
· Demonstrate calling to ministry, showing a passion for worship and technology, both personally and at the ministry level.
· Demonstrate strong communication skills.
· Leadership, organizational, and administrative skills necessary.
· Be a role model for the congregation in following a Christ-like lifestyle and in sharing the Good News.
Job Responsibilities
· Work with the Worship Director and Senior Pastor in organizing and leading worship services on Sunday mornings and special services throughout the year.
· Serve as the point leader of the audio/video ministry, including filming, live streaming, mixing, and posting of the weekly services.
· Recruit and train new volunteers to assist with the audio/video ministry.
· Work special events such as Vacation Bible School, Funerals, and Christmas Eve Service.
· Participate in monthly staff meetings.
· Other duties as required or assigned by the Board and Sr. Pastor.
Days / Time Off
· One Sunday of Paid Time Off will accrue each quarter, with distribution at the employee’s request with advance notice.
· Additional time available with advanced notice, and without pay.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $150.00 per week
