1st Choice Urgent Care/OccMed Connect is looking to hire a Part Time Medical Assistant/Front Desk. Float between Waterford and Bloomfield clinics, with the ability to pick up extra shifts at any of our 18 locations.
Duties include but are not limited to greeting and registering patients, answering phones, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays. Rooming the patient, vitals, testing, preparing specimens, EKG, x-ray, blood draw, injections. The Medical Assistant assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider. All other duties as assigned.
Shifts Depending on Location:

12 hours
Rotating Weekends and Holidays
Skills preferred:
- Vitals
- Venipuncture
- Injections
- EKG
- X-Ray
- Splinting
