Are you a self-starter with a passion for sales? Do you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships? If so, we want you! Commission only - Paid by appointment. We will train you from top to bottom to sell a roof.
Our roofing company is seeking a motivated door-to-door lead generation specialist to join our team. As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for visiting homes and businesses in your designated territory to promote our roofing services and set appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide training to the right individual. Construction back round not needed to apply.

Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through outbound calling and in-person canvassing to promote products and services.
- Utilize strong communication and sales skills to effectively present offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on marketing initiatives and improve outreach efforts.
