Position: Front Desk Receptionist/ Patient Liaison
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and handle patient registration
- Support clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical front desk or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
