Responsibilities
- Safely operate mortuary transport vehicles fortimely transfers.
- Provide courteous customer service to families, funeral directors, hospital staff, and other stakeholders throughout the transportation process.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for safe operation.
- Assist with loading and unloading deceased individuals with care, adhering to proper handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of transportation logs, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during all driving time.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting compassionately with families and team members.
