Responsibilities

• Safely operate mortuary transport vehicles fortimely transfers.
• Provide courteous customer service to families, funeral directors, hospital staff, and other stakeholders throughout the transportation process.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for safe operation.
• Assist with loading and unloading deceased individuals with care, adhering to proper handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transportation logs, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during all driving time.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting compassionately with families and team members.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required depending on jurisdiction. Join us in providing essential transportation services that uphold dignity and respect at every step!

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
