Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in client conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
- Proven experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home healthcare settings.

- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client well-being.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting and transferring clients.
