General Job Responsibilities
- The ISA will maintain all follow up necessary with previous contacts in order to schedule an appointment.
- The assistant will qualify the seller’s motivation using the Lead Sheet script along with scheduling the appointment.
- Prioritizing Outbound calls to past leads that have not been contacted in the first four days is very important.
- Managing call lists and database entry will be a daily responsibility.
- Primary Job Responsibility is to handle inbound calls/leads
- Determine through prospecting whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer or listing their home.
- Acquisition Agents – daily

- Lead Manager – daily
- Other ISAs – Scripts and Dialogue Knowledge/Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with contact management software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

- High school graduate
- One to three years’ service and management experience
- Three to five years administrative experience
