Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant Extended Function 2 (RDAEF2) to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will perform advanced clinical procedures that require specialized training and certification, supporting our dentists in delivering exceptional patient care. Your expertise will help enhance treatment efficiency and patient comfort, ensuring a smooth and positive dental experience for all. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must be confident and proficient in all standard RDA duties as well as Extended Functions, including:
- Chairside assisting in all restorative procedures
- Placement, contouring, and finishing of direct restorations
- Fabrication and placement of temporary crowns
- Removal of temporaries and assistance with crown delivery
- Taking final impressions and digital impressions (iTero experience preferred)
- Taking panoramic and digital X-rays
- Proper isolation techniques
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Maintaining operatory efficiency and readiness
This role requires the ability to transition seamlessly between assisting, extended functions, and independent clinical tasks in a high-production office.

Qualifications
- Active California RDA license
- RDAEF2 certification required
- Coronal polishing & X-ray certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, team-minded, and patient-focused
