What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping our revenue cycle healthy and our clinics financially successful by managing insurance claims, resolving billing issues, supporting collections efforts, and helping deliver a seamless patient financial experience.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
- Submitting and tracking dental insurance claims
- Provide timely responses to department tickets (via Zendesk portal)
- Investigating denied or unpaid claims and resolving issues quickly
- Posting insurance and patient payments accurately
- Managing accounts receivable follow-up and aging reports
- Communicating with insurance carriers and clinic teams
- Assisting patients with billing questions and payment solutions
- Helping improve workflows and revenue cycle efficiency
- Supporting a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused culture

Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in dental billing, healthcare billing, or revenue cycle management (preferred)
- Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, EOBs, and billing workflows
- Experience using practice management or billing systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- DSO or multi-location healthcare experience preferred
- Dentrix Enterprise or Ascend is a plus
