Duties
- Supervise daily office operations, including front desk activities, appointment scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage patient treatment scheduling to optimize provider time and reduce patient wait times
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage supply inventory to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Organize filing systems, maintain medical records confidentiality, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Manage all billing, posting, and accounts receiveables, making sure all payments are collected properly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management within a medical or chiropractic setting is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for interacting with staff, patients, vendors, and community partners
- Experience with schedule management tools and multi-line phone systems is necessary
- Familiarity with medical office procedures, filing systems, and healthcare regulations is advantageous
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management accurately
- experience with billing and collections is preferred
