Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Care | Part-Time Cases | Metro Atlanta

Location: In-home, metro Atlanta (office in Lawrenceville, GA)
Pay: $45–$55 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, about 8–21 hours/week per case; cases start in November. Multiple cases available to build hours.
About Us
First Choice Care is a Georgia-licensed home care agency (License #PHCP045018) serving medically fragile children through Georgia’s GAPP program. We’re small, responsive, and focused on giving kids consistent nurses their families can trust.
The Role
You’ll be the RN on one or more pediatric cases in the home. Consistent families, predictable hours, and real clinical ownership, including building and updating each child’s nursing care plan.
Responsibilities
- Write and update nursing care plans; conduct assessments
- Provide skilled pediatric nursing care, including G-tube/feeding tube care and feedings
- Administer medications and monitor vitals and changes in condition
- Supervise and sign off on LPN and caregiver work on assigned cases
- Document every visit accurately and on time
- Communicate with parents, physicians, and our office
- Teach families on care, safety, and equipment
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license (or multistate compact). RN only; this posting is not for LPNs.
- Pediatric experience required; G-tube/feeding tube experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR/BLS
- TB test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months
- Hepatitis B vaccine, titer, or signed declination
- Must pass a fingerprint background check
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
