What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach/Direct Support Professional position at First Chance Center?

A. Provide coaching and training to actively working individuals with disabilities.
B. Provide necessary training/re-training at job sites.
C. Work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, and holidays included) as needed.
D. Provide transportation to the work site when necessary.
E. Maintain necessary documentation, data and reports on individuals served required by the agency to meet compliance requirements, billing purposes, and tracking progress of the individual served.
F. Monitor and document the individual’s progress toward their identified goals.
G. Advocate for and pursue services as appropriate to meet the needs of the individual served.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
